Shipping Terms Freight charges are predetermined based on the following factors:
- Package dimension
- Package weight
- Delivery address
Cuevas Distribution will ship products with the most efficient and expedient delivery carriers. Cuevas Distribution will not be liable for any claim, loss, or damage that is incurred by a labor difficulty or strike, transportation issue, material shortage, act of purchaser, act of war, weather, or any other instance that is out of the control of Cuevas Distribution. Product Returns All returns must be authorized by Cuevas Distribution customer service only. All returned merchandise must be in resellable/reusable condition, unused and free of any contact with moisture, heat, or hazardous materials. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Cuevas Distribution. To initiate a return authorization, the customer must provide customer service with the following information:
- Cuevas Distribution reference number (on packing slip) or invoice number
- Customer purchase order number
- Reason for return
- Date of purchase
On occasion, there are a few items that are not returnable. These are listed below:
- DEA regulated items
- Custom or special-order items
- Radioactive materials
- Expired materials
- Refrigerated materials
- Liquids, chemicals, reagents that have been opened
