Customer Registration Requirements for Private Organizations
Private Organizations are those agencies that are tax exempt and must submit proper paperwork by fax for correct account set-up. Registration for these organizations requires the customer’s name, agency name, phone number, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information for order placement. In addition to these requirements, the site customer may use a purchase order number instead of a credit card number if an account is established through customer service. Customer Registration Requirements for Public Organizations
Public Organizations are those companies or individuals that are taxable. A tax rate of 8.25%, which is imposed by the state of Texas, will be charged. Registration for a public organization requires the customer name, phone number, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, and credit card information for all orders.
