Product Pricing Information

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing and availability can always be verified by calling our customer service department. Pricing will be increased depending on factors such as manufacturer price increases, market volatility, and fuel surcharges imposed by freight companies. Cuevas Distribution will strive to absorb rising material costs, but will increase product prices depending on current margins. Warranty

Cuevas Distribution does not offer nor provide any expressed or implied warranties on any products sold. All warranty claims will be referred directly to the manufacturer. The following information explains warranty claims for products distributed through Cuevas Distribution based on certain defects or manufacturer workmanship.

• Customer must provide claim to customer service within 30 days of receipt of product


• Customer must provide proof of purchase by bill of sale or credit card receipt with claim
  

In certain cases, such as instruments, there are manufacturer warranties that exceed the 30 day claim specified above. Customer must submit date of purchase along with manufacturer warranty information to Cuevas Distribution customer service.

Warranty will not apply to the following:

• Use of product other than its normal manner


• Improper operation, service, repair, installation, maintenance, or modification


• Claims for a product that is past manufacturer expiration date


• Claims that are filed after 30 days of receipt by customer
