The Bio Plas Bacti Cell Spreaders are unique products designed to greatly simplify and speed up bacterial culture work.  In the 30mm wide size, which allow these polypropylene Bacti Cell Spreaders to make it very easy to evenly distribute bacterial cells rapidly over an entire nutrient surface.  The Bacti Cell Spreaders are individually wrapped and may be cleaned and autoclaved for multiple uses. Easy to manipulate without slippage. Easy to manipulate around curves and into corners of prepared plates. Bacti cell spreaders avoids waste of “disposables” thus becoming an environmental benefit. Always prevents agar surface tears and allows for even distribution of specimen. Produces an even smear for any permanent slide staining, i.e., PVA preserved fecal specimen for protozoan parasites. Bacti cell spreaders are great for microbiological research of all types, especially for distribution of dilutions, i.e., colony counts.
